Rumor: Battlefield 5 artwork appears on Xbox Store; Suggests WWI, release date and official name [Updated]

Update: The name for the upcoming Battlefield game might have been revealed via posters:

New images, have detailed the game to release on October 18th, 2016. Pre-orders for the game will include items inspired by the heroic Harlem Hellfighter Infantry regiment, the 369th Infantry regiment, known for being the first African-American regiment to serve with the American Expeditionary Forces during World War I.

Original:

Shortly after a former DICE developer teased a World War I setting for the upcoming Battlefield game, the Xbox Store has accidentally (or purposefully) revealed artwork for Battlefield 5 that further suggests the setting.

In the image (blown up above) found on NeoGaf, we can see a zeppelin, a Mauser Military Pistol, what appears to be a Spandau (on his his) and a trench club. All of these weapons were widely used in World War 1.

In the past a Swiss retailer that had listed Battlefield 5 as a WWI shooter and it appears as though we are going back to the WWI battlefield. Battlefield 5 is set to be revealed later today — only then will we know what kind of WW1 we are returning to (or even if it is WW2).
