A rumor suggesting that Bad Company 3 was in development began circulating earlier this week and the leaker is back with more details on another Battlefield game currently in development.
YouTuber AlmightyDaq has released a followup video to his Bad Company leak after a number of other YouTubers suggested that he had been misinformed.
AlmightyDaq, the fellow that leaked Battlefield 1, has responded to the naysayers with details on two upcoming games from DICE. According to him, Bad Company 3 is indeed in development, but so is another Battlefield game.
In the followup video, AlmightyDaq details that DICE LA is working on Bad Company and DICE Sweden is working on a WW2 game. No release dates have been specified, however, it is believed that the WW2 game will be releasing next year, while the Bad Company game will be released in 2019.
AlmightyDaq previously listed Bad Company 3 for 2018 but appears to have changed his mind on that. The previous video's title was altered and his own statements in the video suggest otherwise.
Battlefield WW2 was detailed to include expanded Battlefield 1 features like destructive environments and to be 'visually stunning.' At the moment, the WW2 game is lacking in gameplay and will feature cosmetic-only microtransactions.
