Update: It's official.
Microsoft hit it big last week when they announced five new Xbox 360 games for the Xbox One via backward compatibility. Of the five games, the most notable titles were Left 4 Dead and Portal 2. There has been no official statement from Microsoft on what the next bunch of backward compatible games will be, but there is a rumor.
A Redditor who goes by ekim_gaf on the forums has correctly revealed a number of backward compatible games ahead of their announcement and now he has revealed eight more. According to Ekim, these are the games what will be heading to the Xbox One today:
- Fallout: New Vegas
- Blood Knights
- Red Faction Battlegrounds
- Joe Danger
- Comic Jumper
- Crystal Quest
- D&D:Chronicles of Mystara
- I am Alive
That's right, New Vegas made the list! New Vegas is pretty much the highlight of the list, but the other seven games hitting the Xbox One only give way to more Xbox 360 games to go backward compatible.
What I really want to know is when BioShock will hit the Xbox One… /cries.
