Rumor: GTA 5 Story Mode DLC detailed to include New San Andreas regions and new main character

Regardless of how many times Grand Theft Auto 5 voice actors tease single-player DLC, we have yet to hear or see anything on the subject. Back in 2013, shortly after GTA 5 released, Rockstar said they had "big plans" for Story Mode DLC in 2014. Unfortunately, 2014 came and went without Story Mode DLC and so did 2015.

The lack of Story Mode DLC might not come to a surprise to those that have been following how much money Rockstar has made through GTA Online transactions. With over half a billion dollars in revenue, focusing on anything other than GTA Online almost seems silly for the company (unless they care about making the solo players happy).

New rumors have surfaced from the Greek website 'Busted' (via NeoGaf) that suggests that GTA 5 is finally getting Story Mode DLC and they even have some details on it thanks to a mysterious Youtuber named XXII who leaked pictures and videos of the alleged Story Mode DLC.

XXII's video collection appears to include the GTA 5 theme song, various car models in the process of development, concept art and even possible gameplay. According to this user, the Story Mode content will include new vehicles (including horse back riding) and bring back regions we first saw in GTA: San Andreas, San Fierro and Las Venturas.

Busted translated one video's Morse code (seen above) to reveal that the main character for the rumored DLC would be someone named 'Anthony':

"ANTHONY HAD A PROBLEMATIC CHILDHOOD, AT AGE 11 HE WITNESSED HIS FATHER AND MOTHER WERE MURDERED BY SELLERS OF LOCAL DRUGS, WHO WANTED A GREAT DEAL OF PROFIT ON THEM.

ANTHONY LIVED ON THE STREETS SELLING DRUGS TO A SMALL ITALIAN DEALER THEN HE AND PRESENTED TO “TUCKER”, WHO ALSO WORKED FOR THE ITALIAN, SO THEY CREATED A FAMILY TIE HIS AGILITY MADE THEM THEM THE BEV MAKING SEVERAL ENEMIES TUCKER SAW AS HIS BROTHER PROBLEMATIC. SPENDING TIME THEY GREW UP AND SET UP THEIR OWN BUSINESS. 

TUCKER WAS MORE AGILE WITH SALES OF DRUGS AND NEGOTIATIONS SO IT CREATED A RIVALRY BETWEEN THEM. ANTHONY DID NOT EARN ANY PROFIT TO BE A BUSINESS PARTNER.

LATER IN A DISCUSSION ANTHONY KILLED HIM IN COLD BLOOD AT 19 YEARS OLD HE MOVED TO THEM IN LAS VENTURAS. HE IS INVOLVED WITH THE BONELLI MOB HE STARTS TO DO SOME WORK WITH TRANSPORTATION OF DRUGS AND SECURITY."

Looking deeper into XXII's second long videos, we see a tease for Rockstar taking to E3 2016 in a "big" way – whether this YouTuber is leaking bogus content or real content has not been verified. Looks like we will have to wait until E3.
