Rumor: Peter Parker to wear two different Spider-Man suits in Captain America: Civil War

Possible Spider-Man/Captain America spoilers below?

Fresh off possibly revealing how the Avengers will split in Captain America: Civil War, Heroic Hollywood is at it again. Today's rumor isn't necessarily as earth-shattering as who will fight on Captain America vs Iron Man's side, but for those of you who care about things as pedantic as what a character wears in the movies, then read on ahead.

According to sources, the new Spider-Man, who will be making his first appearance in the upcoming Captain America film, will wear not one, but two different outfits. The first is supposedly more of a hand made type design, while the second will be given to Peter Parker from Tony Stark towards the end of the film. It's rumored that the second outfit will feature the traditional red and blue color scheme we're used to seeing Spidey in.

Again, this is all rumor; but, given last week's leak and previous reports, it makes total sense. If you recall, Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige previously said the new Spider-Man film won't be an origin story. He even previously revealed it will pick up with "a young kid [already] running around New York City in a homemade version of the Spider-Man costume in MCU."

So I'm imagining Peter Parker in his homemade outfit in Captain America: Civil War. Then at the end, Tony Stark hands him his new suit, alluding to the standalone Spider-Man film which Iron Man is also rumored to appear in (because Marvel loves hinting at upcoming films at the end of every movie).

The new Spider-Man Reboot is due to hit theaters on July 28, 2017.
