Rumor: Willem Dafoe’s role in Justice League- Part I revealed

Willem Dafoe's role in the upcoming 'Justice League- Part I' might have been narrowed down to a potential Atlantean.

It was recently announced that vetern actor, Willem Dafoe, has officially been cast in Zack Snyder's Justice League film. There was never an official character name to report, but it was confirmed that he would be playing a "good guy" among the ranks of another Spider-Man alumni turned DC, J.K. Simmons, who will be portraying Gotham City police commissioner, James Gordon.

Recently, a rumor has been circulating that we can expect him to be one of the native Atlanteans as a part of Jason Mamoa's Arthur Curry/Aquaman part of the story. Multiple sources have been reporting the same thing, so it certainly seems plausible, but we can only speculate on Dafoe's involvement until the studio confirms it or gives us a more concrete update.

Justice League- Part I releases November 17, 2017!
