Ryan Reynolds hopes to see Wolverine appear in upcoming Deadpool film

Deadpool and Wolverine have a messy history, especially in films (let's not even talk about that Wolvering movie). It looks as though we might be getting a glimpse of Wolverine in the Deadpool film, if everything works out in Hugh Jackman's and the film's schedule.

Ryan Reynolds revealed to News.com.au that he hoped to see the schedules get worked out and have Jackman in the film, "God I hope so, that would be really nice. I dunno, we’ll see. It seems like he’s open to it, but it’s gonna be more of a scheduling issue than anything else."

Hugh Jackman has revealed that the next Wolverine film, set to release in 2017, would be his last film as Wolverine. If that wasn't bad enough, the contract for the current X-Men cast expires on the upcoming X-Men: Apocalypse film (casting calls suggest Jackman will be in the film). Perhaps Deadpool will be one of Jackman's last hurrahs for Wolverine. Hopefully they get him in.
