Saints Row IV now Backwards Compatible on Xbox One

The Xbox One Backwards Compatibility list was updated today, and per Major Nelson himself, Xbox One owners have one more last gen game they can pop into their current gen consoles. Saints Row IV, a previous Games with Gold giveaway is available to play on Xbox One today.

Larry Hyrb tweeted the announcement to much excitement from fans of the series.

Backwards Compatibility has been on a roll recently with Assassin's Creed, Dark Void, GRID 2, Halo Wars, King of Fighters '98, SoulCalibur 2, and Left 4 Dead 2 all coming within the last ten days. Crazy.

Many of us are still waiting on Red Dead Redemption to (finally) get the green light, and despite evidence that it is coming, we still don't have it.

I'll play anything at least once. But RPG's, Co-Op/Competitive Multiplayer, Action Adventure games, and Sports Franchise Modes keep me coming back. Follow me on Twitter @TheDanWhoWrites
