titles from two hot anime-style fighting game series for Game Boy“ Advance;
Guilty Gear X Advance Edition
, from the popular arcade series,
and The King of Fighters EX: Neo Blood, the newest title in this
legendary anime franchise.  Also being featured at this year’s E3 is
Lethal Skies Elite Pilot: Team SW
, the action-charged air combat game
released last week for Sony PlayStation® 2 and already hailed as an explosive
action title.  These titles and more are all available at playable stations,

X Advance Edition
, the highly anticipated 2D anime-style action
fighting game due to be released June 7, 2002, for Game Boy® Advance, will be
available for play for the first time ever.  Set in the 22nd century where magic
has upset the balance of power and the “Gears” have free will, Guilty Gear X
AE
carries on the series’ tradition with a story and character driven
fighting game.  With fourteen richly drawn characters, fluid animation, numerous
fighting moves including ”instant kill” ability, and three-on-three team play
mode, Guilty Gear X AE is a white-knuckle addition to the popular
franchise born in the arcade. Guilty Gear X AE is rated T, with
an MSRP of $29.99.

The King of
Fighters EX: Neo Blood
, coming to the Game Boy® Advance in Summer
2002, will also have the first-ever playable version at this year’s E3.  In this
newest release in the long-running anime fighting series, months have passed
since the battle with Orochi, and invitations have again been sent from an
unknown host to the legendary tournament. The greatest fighters in the world are
joined by new faces to vie for the ultimate title, and decide who is truly the
King of Fighters.  Players choose from among 18 fighters, 2 bosses and 10
strikers, with large characters set against graphically rich backgrounds
continuing The King of Fighters trademark.  Numerous fighting styles and
multiple play modes, including Practice, Single, Survival and Versus, make this
title perfect for new and old fans of the ultra-popular franchise. The King
of
Fighters EX is rated T, with an MSRP of $29.99.

Lethal Skies
Elite Pilot: Team SW
, released on Sony PlayStation® 2 on May
17, 2002, is an aerial combat game that emphasizes fast action and superb
visuals.  This adrenaline-fueled title combines intense air combat with a unique
storyline set in the not-too-distant future. Lethal Skies thrusts players
into the role of an elite pilot flying for an alliance dedicated to ensuring the
survival of civilization on an Earth devastated by global warming.  Players
choose from among the most modern air vehicles, including
F-15’s, F-16’s, F/A-18’s and F-22s, as well as “black program” futuristic
prototype jets, to take on bombers, fighters, attack helicopters and other
enemies in a progressive series of attack and defense scenarios.  With
ultra-realistic and immense theatres of battle, Lethal Skies delivers
thrilling action not found in any other flight simulation game. Lethal
Skies
is rated E, with an MSRP of $39.99.
