Converted tabletop RTS, Battlefleet Gothic: Armada has officially released their Space Marines DLC today in an effort to expand what is already a meaty strategy game. The Space Marines faction is playable only through the game's multiplayer mode and they are a force to be reckoned with.
Space Marines excel in close quarters skirmishes with heavily armored vessels and masterful boarding techniques. Suffice it to say, you will be getting up close and personal with your enemies. They also come with two unique faction traits including immunity to insubordination and the ability to prioritize their attacks on different subsystems when boarding.
The Space Marines DLC comes with five story chapters, the Ultramarines, the Dark Angels, the Space Wolves, the Imperial Fists and the Blood Angels. Each one of these factions are deadly and unique in their own right, so if you've been waiting to play Battlefleet Gothic: Armada, don't.
