SDCC 2014: New Halo 2: Anniversary cinematic trailer is stunning

I know a lot of people have their eyes set on Halo 5: Guardians next year, but don't sleep on Halo: The Master Chief Collection. Dubbed as the "definitive Halo experience," The Master Chief Collection not only bundles Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary, Halo 2: Anniversary, Halo 3, and Halo 4, but re-masters and, in some cases, re-imagines elements of them.

Today, 343 Industries and Microsoft gave us our first look at the overhauled Halo 2: Anniversary cut-scenes, led by Blur Studios, and damn does it look amazing. Halo: The Master Chief Collection is due out November 11 for Xbox One.

343 Industries also announced today that Zanzibar will be one of the six multiplayer maps re-imagined for Halo 2: Anniversary.
