SDCC 2016: Telltale’s Walking Dead season 3 images and details released

Telltale had a panel at SDCC yesterday and with it came some new screens for Telltale's The Walking Dead season 3. The Walking Dead's Creative Director Dennis Lenart from Telltale was joined by Melissa Hutchison (voice of Clementine) to share a few more details about the upcoming season, and tried their best not to spoil the story that's yet to come.

We'll be playing as Javier and Clementine, while also introdued to AJ who is Rebecca's son from season two. Although it carries along the story of the first two seasons, it won't be necessary to play them as season 3 will also feature it's own, self-contained story. Of course, we suggest playing the first two seasons anyway as it will help with the immersion factor, not to mention that they are both very good.

There is still no release date yet, but season 3 is set to premiere this Fall on Xbox One. Check out the images below.
