SDCC 2016: Warner Bros. has released the first official trailer for ‘Wonder Woman’

Warner Bros. has revealed the first official trailer for the upcoming 'Wonder Woman'. Check it out above!

This weekend, San Diego Comic Con is pulling out all the stops and making sure this year is beyond worth our while. With the forthcoming lineup of movies for both Marvel and DC, the news and updates are dropping left and right, and recently, DC dropped a bombshell.

Warner Bros. has finally unveiled the first trailer for the upcoming superhero epic, 'Wonder Woman'. We can see Stave Trevor, WW's love interest, wash up on the shore of Themyscira, the secret home island of the Amazons. Most of the trailer then shows a lot of fighting and images of combat from World War I. The trailer doesn't give us much in the way of plot, but at least collectively, we actually see more footage of Wonder Woman than we actually did in 'Batman v Superman'. It looks like the movie will grasp the true brutality and strength synonymous with the character.

The movie stars Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman/Diana Prince and Chris Pine as Steve Trevor.

Wonder Woman releases June 2, 2017!
