SDCC 2016: Warner Bros. releases the second ‘Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them’ trailer

Warner Bros. has released the newest trailer for the upcoming prequel, 'Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them'. Check it out above!

The San Diego Comic Con this year gave Warner Bros. a steady mantle with which to showcase their impressive lineup for the next few years. The primary focus was on their timeline of DC superhero projects, but it seems they still haven't forgotten to include one of their most profitable franchises ever, the Harry Potter series. While the original film series has finally ended, a new venture taking place in the same universe has just begun with 'Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them'.

Taking place a full 70 years prior to the Potter stories, 'Fantastic Beasts' focuses on Newt Scamander, an adventurer and researcher of magical creatures. While in New York City, his collection of mythical beasts escapes his grasp and begin running amok all over the city, making things dangerous for the ignorant muggles who live there.

The movie stars Eddie Redmayne as Newt Scamander, with Dan Fogler, Ezra Miller, Jon Voight, Ron Perlman, and Colin Farrel.

Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them releases November 18th!
