Mark Ruffalo details some of the major changes Hulk has gone through since his last appearance in 'Avenger: Age of Ultron'.
The Marvel Studios panel at this year's San Diego Comic Con was one of the biggest we've ever seen. Fans were graced with some of the newest footage and updates for the ambitious projects to come. Probably the biggest development (with the exception of the 'Avengers: Infinity War' footage not yet released to the public) was the latest trailer for 'Thor: Ragnarok'.
Since Comic Con never allows any recording or streaming of their panels, the MCU presentation was live-blogged by Silas Lesnick of SuperHeroHype.com. If you recall from the trailer, Hulk and Thor seem to develop quite the friendship, but more importantly, Hulk has begun to develop a vocabulary, albeit a limited one. Clearly, there have been some changes since we last saw the character in 'Avengers: Age of Ultron'. Mark Ruffalo, aka Bruce Banner/Hulk, detailed some of the developments we'll see in 'Ragnarok':
"It's a little different Hulk than we've seen. He's on Sakaar and refuses to become Bruce Banner. Hulk is now a popular gladiator and he decides his new life is better than anything Banner could do. He's a little 'perma-Hulked', because he has been the Hulk for two years now and has the vocabulary of a two-year old…so we have a speaking Hulk!"
