Second wave of Star Wars: The Force Awakens toys finds Rey

[EW]

For the past few weeks, the alleged lack of toys surrounding Star Wars: The Force Awakens' lead female protagonist had many fans questioning, "Where's Rey"? Well, we found her. Just as I suspected, she was hiding in the second wave of the film's merchandising, presumably to avoid spoilers prior to the film releasing (although a large majority of the angry mob refuse to believe that).

Whatever you choose to believe, it doesn't really matter anymore, because the second wave of The Force Awakens toys have been revealed, and Rey is heavily featured.

Commenting on the social movement "#WheresRey," Paul Souther, head of Lucasfilm licensing, had this to say:

“This new wave of product has got key elements from the film. You see Rey with a saber, her blaster, and a number of other elements we wanted to hold back until the film had been released. The timing is good to try to address some of the social discussion that has been created through the ‘Where’s Rey?’ movement.”

Take a look at some of the new Star Wars: The Force Awakens toys in the gallery below.
