Section 8: Prejudice DLC Coming Wednesday

TimeGate Studios, the developer behind Section 8: Prejudice, has announced DLC for the game coming this Wednesday (July 13). Dubbed the Frontier Colonies Map Pack, the DLC will bring players two new maps, both playable in all game modes.

Overseer pits players against each other at a military facility in a “habitable forest valley.” Desolation adds a desert backdrop within ruins of a previous colonization. The map pack will be available this Wednesday on the Xbox Live Marketplace for 320 Microsoft Points/$3.99. It will also be made available for PC players on Wednesday.

Along with the DLC announcement, TimeGate Studios revealed a new mode slated for late this summer: Skirmish. Skirmish mode will play much like the team deathmatch mode, only with Control Points removed. Also new to the mode are Victory Points, which players can earn by completing missions. TimeGate promises more information on the mode, along with a release date for the Frontier Colonies Map Pack on PSN, soon.
