Nintendo announced the official release date of 2D platformer Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D in the most unusual of fashions — with an amazing picture of a gorilla playing a 3DS with its baby. Who knew they were such smart animals!? Adorable.
Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D was originally released for the Nintendo Wii, but last month its release for the 3DS was confirmed. Not much was said about the game except that it was "being rebuilt for the 3DS." We don't exactly know if that means new content.
Oh, and the release date? May 24, 2013.
