Announced today the launch of NHL™: Eastside Hockey Manager™ 2007 for the PC and
Mac. Developed by Sports Interactive, creators of the revered Football Manager™
series, NHL: Eastside Hockey Manager 2007 is now available at
www.eastsidehockeymanager.net.
At the start of the new NHL™ season, players will
be able to take on the challenge of being the General Manager of their favorite
franchise. From taking advantage of new tactical options and preparing players
for the rink, right through to building a dynasty for the future, NHL: Eastside
Hockey Manager 2007 allows hockey fans to experience the highs and lows of
hockey management whether it be at the international level or within any of the
20 global leagues including the NHL™, AHL™, DEL™ and Swedish leagues. Players
will need to use their tactical mastery to influence results while participating
in drafts, scouting players, signing promising youngsters, negotiating trades
and dealing with the media in an attempt to get the edge over opposition and
carry their team to victory.
Sports Interactive has created an improved look
and feel for NHL: Eastside Hockey Manager 2007, with a new interface to make
navigation far simpler. Additionally, the database has been vastly expanded
since last year and now boasts an incredible 45,000 players and staff, with a
shot stopping total of 3,000 teams from around the globe.
