Senran Kagura Shinovi Versus has a release date for Vita

There are new dimensions coming to the Senran Kagura series.

The once side-scrolling series is going 3D in Senran Kagura Shonovi Versus, bringing the fan service and combat to new levels on your Vita.

Shinovi Versus has double the roster than the first game, Senran Kagura Burst, making it 26 shinobi (or four different shinobi squads) with unique skills and fighting styles. Even though it is bringing two new squads – it's staying true to Burst by bringing Hebijo (now named Homura's Crimson Squad) and Gessen squad along.

Shinovi Versus' plot line will play out in four different ways, but let's be honest – you're in it for the side-stories. Don't you worry, you'll be able to experience all of the side stories through individual arcade modes.

If you're feeling competitive, there will be multiplayer battles for you to flex your muscles in. You can battle friends or strangers in an all out battle royale or 2v2.

Senran Kagura Shinovi Versus will be releasing digitally for the Vita on October 15th 2014.
