Set photos reveal Season two of Marvel’s Daredevil has begun filming

Filming for Season Two of the Netflix Original Series, Marvel's Daredevil is underway in New York City. Eagle eyed New York inhabitant Shelly Kay, spotted Charlie Cox (Matthew Murdoch, Daredevil) and Elden Henson (Foggy Nelson) on the set in NYC.

According to Kay, this season is using the code-name Ringside instead of Bluff, which was the codename for Season One. What this means for the second season is unknown, but it could indicate the crew having the best view of the breakdown in Hell's Kitchen.

Season Two will have core characters returning (including Rosario Dawson as Claire Temple), with the addition of Jon Bernthal as Frank Castle, the Punisher. It has been revealed that Daredevil and the Punisher will be opposing one another in the second season, both are vigilantes – but the Punisher deals fatal blows while Daredevil spares lives.

There have been rumors of Jason Statham joining the show as Bullseye, as well as Elektra visiting Hell's Kitchen, but there have been no official statements on these rumors. There will be more announcements made during New York Comic-Con.
