The ever-increasing popularity of player-made screenshot sharing has apparently reached the PS4 remake of Shadow of the Colossus. In a new post on the PlayStation Blog, Bluepoint Art Director, Mark Skelton revealed the mode as well as a few examples of what players can expect to make when the game launches next month.
Here’s a couple of them:
Skelton says that every tool he had access to as an Art Director, will be usable in the game by players. You’ll also be able to rotate the camera 90 degrees in order to take portrait pics, which in the wide landscape of Shadow of the Colossus, will produce some killer outcomes. There are a plethora of filters that can adjust everything from color balancing shadows, mid-tones, and highlights to control over depth of field.
Suffice it to say; your friends on social media are about to clog your feed with a relentless number of Shadow of the Colossus pics. Fortunately, there are plenty of worse things than that.
