Shigeru Miyamoto squashes Super Mario Bros. myths

In two days it will mark 30 years since Super Mario Bros. made its release on the Japanese version of the NES, the Nintendo Famicom. With the birthdate of Super Mario bros. fast approaching, Shigeru Miyamoto – the very man that created Mario has come forward to stomp out some myths around Mario… or even confirm them.

There isn't anything absolutely shocking about the video below, but it's a fun way of celebrating the game's release. Mario did go on to basically take over the world of Nintendo (and the lives of so very many).

Another great way of celebrating Super Mario Bros. would be by having an amazing sale, right Nintendo? Right?
