Shiny Charizards hitting Tokyo courtesy of The Pokemon Company

Ever get that feeling that Japan gets a majority of the cool things and we (as in the rest of the world) are just sitting here twiddling our thumbs idly?

I mean, they get exclusive 3DS' and games over there!

The Pokémon Company is seeing the opening of a new Pokémon Center in Tokyo and they're looking to celebrate the event. Free Shiny Charizards (holding Charizardite Y) and Shiny Pikachus will be handed out to anyone that visits the new Pokémon Center between December 12th and January 16th at alternating hours from 10 AM to 8 PM.

The only catch, if you can call it one, is that visitors will need to bring their 3DS and a copy of Pokémon X, Y, Omega Ruby or Alpha Sapphire.
