Shovel Knight amiibo release date might be sooner than you expected

You remember that rumored Shovel Knight amiibo that came true only a day later? Well, you might be able to get your hands on it, if Best Buy’s listing is telling the truth.
According to Best Buy, the Shovel Knight amiibo will be releasing later this year on December 18th, 2015. The figure will cost you $12.99, nothing unusual for an amiibo. Since Nintendo decided to launch their toys to life figures, fans have been going absolutely nuts! And Yacht Clubs’ Shovel Knight will be the first amiibo that is featured from an indie title.
The Shovel Knight amiibo has many features from cooperative multiplayer, new co-op moves, customizing Shovel Knight, and it will unlock new challenge stage that will take advantage of custom amiibo relics and abilities.
Shovel Knight is now available across all platforms, including a PS4 physical version.
