Shulk officially confirmed for Super Smash Bros.

Nintendo started off their Nintendo Direct with the official announcement that Shulk from Xenoblade Chronicles, will be in fact joining the roster of characters in the upcoming Super Smash Bros. for 3DS and Wii U.

His moveset will of course consist of his trusty Monado, and its four distinct modes.

Shulk has actually been rumored to appear in Super Smash for quite some time now, and also popped up on some screenshots from a supposed leaker on NeoGAF, but Nintendo finally made it all official.

Does that mean… The Duck Hunt Dog is a real character too?!
