In February, Lab Zero Games' addictive 2D fighter Skullgirls returned to PlayStation Network for PS3. Rebranded as Skullgirls Encore, the game featured hundreds of gameplay and balance tweaks, faster gameplay, a new "Drama" meter, improved online play and, well, basically just all sorts of improvements. Now, Skullgirls Encore is coming to PlayStation 4 and PS Vita. No exact release date was given, but Lab Zero Games said it should be released later this year.
The PS4 and Vita versions are said to be "complete," including all of the DLC characters, stages, and story funded by Lab Zero's Indiegogo campaign, as well as "All Play" multiplayer lobbies. Additionally, the PS Vita version will also be playable on PlayStation TV and support up to two local players using DualShock controllers.
