Skylanders Battlecast launches worldwide

The official Skylanders Battlecast application has hit the Amazon App Store, iTunes and the Google Play Store today, completely free to download.

Skylander Battlecast is a digital trading card game that incorporates the cards included in Skylanders Superchargers, allows players to buy cards via battle packs – costing $9.99 each – with the challenge of collecting all 300 available cards.

However, battle packs aren't the only in-game packages available. People will be able to purchase $4.99 booster packs too, including eight cards per pack.

Gamers will be given a choice, once they've downloaded the app, to challenge either the AI in an offline game mode, or battle it out with their friends online.

If you're interested in this application, you can download it by clicking here for the Amazon App Store, here for iTunes and here for Google Play Store.
