Skyrim and Fallout 4 will get 4K PS4 Pro patch; Sony approves mod support on PS4

Sony might have said no to mods in Fallout 4 and Skyrim Special Edition for PlayStation 4 back in September, but it looks like they changed their mind!

Bethesda has announced that mods and 4K support will be coming to the PlayStation 4 when it launches on October 28th, 2016. That means that Skyrim will render in native 4K resolution on the PlayStation 4 Pro! The 4K support won't be limited to the Skyrim Remaster though, it's headed to Fallout 4 as well thanks to an update!

In addition to that, both Fallout 4 and Skyrim will be getting mod support on the PlayStation 4. You will be able to you to modify and create your own content by using the Creation Kit (available here), using assets in the game.
