Skyrim available digitally through Xbox 360’s Games on Demand

Bethesda's critically acclaimed RPG The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is now available digitally on Xbox 360.

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, which has sold incredibly well since its release in November 2011, is now available on Xbox LIVE as part of Microsoft's Games on Demand service.

The game is the exact same as the disc copy except for the fact that you won't need any disc.  With new downloadable content on the way now is as good as any time to hop on the Skyrim bandwagon.  Dawnguard, which will be officially revealed at E3 this June, was teased earlier this month.  Aside from the extra Kinect control functionality the Xbox 360 version of Skyrim has, Dawnguard will be an exclusively-timed release for Xbox 360 making this new digital version even more enticing.
