Exactly one week ago VP of PR and Marketing at Bethesda Pete Hines promised, "PC specs are coming next week," when informed that the reddit following on r/skyrim had surpassed 10,000 fans.
7 days later, we still don't have any PC specs. But they are coming! Fans might just have to wait a bit longer.
Pete Hines gave an update today via Twitter, "PC specs to be released Monday if all goes well. Todd wants to verify them personally before they are released."
Pete also confirmed, "There is custom control work for PC. Hotkeys, keys for each section of the interface (magic, map), and so on."
Ok, so two more days until the PC specs are revealed and I can see if I have to upgrade my rig. I suppose I can wait.
On a side note, a fan played on today's earlier Doom 4 postponement rumor by responding with, "A SOURCE CLOSE TO BETHESDA TOLD ME SKYRIM WAS ON HOLD INDEFINITELY!"
