Slender: The Arrival introduces new content on Steam

Survival-horror game Slender: The Arrival, the sequel to Slender: The Eight Pages — about the Slender Man myth — is headed to Steam on Oct. 28.

Developer Blue Isle Studios is dropping new content with the rerelease. (The Arrival launched back in March.) Steam users can discover a new character and extended levels. The game also supports the Oculus Rift virtual-reality headset.

Majesco label Midnight City, not Parsec Productions, is the publisher this time around.

The Arrival is headed to "consoles" early next year.
