One the NES Classic was officially discontinued by Nintendo, rumors of the SNES Classic began making their rounds. The rumors were highlighted by a trademark for the SNES' Super Famicon controller and an Xbox survey that mentioned the system.
Nintendo has confirmed the rumored classic console, along with the retail price and list of games that will be featured on the console. The SNES Classic will be priced at $79.99 and will include an HDMI cable and two Famicon controllers. The console will also include a never-before-released game, Star Fox 2, that is playable after beating the first level in Star Fox.
The mini 16-bit system will be releasing on September 29th, with 21 games, including the unreleased Star Fox 2. Check out all of the included games below:
