Sniper Elite 4 may not be rolling around until the calendar changes to 2017, but that doesn't mean we can't get a little bit excited for what the game has in store for us. Developer Rebellion released a trailer today (seen above) with the very first gameplay reveal alongside a pre-order bonus that will unlock a special mission called "Target Führer."
Yes, he is a popular (and easy) guy to kill in video games, but Sniper Elite 4 will task you with killing Hitler himself should you decide to commit to buying the game ahead of release. The mission itself initially tasks you with taking out a commander of a secret Nazi U-boat base, but what appears routine at first (at least far as professional sniping is concerned), quickly gets turned on its head when it's revealed that Hitler has beaten you to the punch. Naturally, it's up to you to put the Führer down once and for all.
Sniper Elite 4 releases on PC, PS4 and Xbox One on February 14th, 2017.
