So what was inside that giant Xbox One in Vancouver?

Late last night, the giant Xbox One sitting in downtown Vancouver, Canada opened up, releasing a horde of swarming zombies in a promotion for upcoming Xbox-exclusive launch title Dead Rising 3.

Inside the actual Xbox was a bank of Xbox One demo units, offering passersby a chance to go hands-on with Microsoft's next-gen console and play Dead rising 3, Killer Instinct, Ryse: Son of Rome, and Forza 5. Also at the scene were make-up artists ready to transform people into zombies and photo ops for those who wanted to star in a custom-made Dead Rising 3 print.

As we near the Xbox One's November 22nd launch, I expect Microsoft will continue to ramp up the advertising. I can't say for certain if we'll see a stunt like this in the U.S., but I'd be on the lookout.
