Gaming's favorite little hyper-realistic soda drinking simulator, Soda Drinker Pro is at PAX this year, and it's showing off a next-gen build, specifically for the Xbox One.
Fans who have played Soda Drinker Pro and found the secret game within the game, Vivian Clark, will be happy to know that it's fully integrated into the next-gen port. "In the second level of Soda Drinker, and you do a very specific thing, it unlocks a game ten times bigger than Soda Drinker," said Will Brierly, creator of Soda Drinker Pro.
Currently, the game is only announced for the Xbox One. Brierly stated that there will be exclusive features and levels for the Xbox One titled Drinking Soda through time. "You can drink a soad in the roaring 20's, or 1978 or something. So we're going to make a bunch of time period simulations. We'll have Soda Customization, Kinect support and a bunch of other surprises."
On the topic of what it's like to work with Microsoft and their ID@Xbox program for indie developers, Brierly didn't go too in depth, but said "They're cool, I can't go into too many details but it's a good deal. It's been pretty good, I'm digging it."
The Xbox One version of Soda Drinker Pro is currently scheduled to come out in September this year. The pricing isn't finalized yet.
