SOE’s All Access plan for MMOs on hold until mid-April

You'll have to wait a little longer to upgrade to Sony Online Entertainment's new all-games membership plan.

All Access lets gamers pay a monthly subscription fee to play all of its massively multiplayer games — including the upcoming EverQuest Next — rather than a single MMO. SOE president John Smedley tweeted today that it has a little more work to do and that All Access will debut on April 16, a two-week delay.

The All Access plan is a little pricier than the average game pass, but gamers can choose from any of SOE's current selection of MMOs, such as the EverQuest titles and DC Universe Online. Some games require a separate software purchase first.
