Söldner-X 2: Final Prototype porting to Vita in Winter

Söldner-X 2: Final Prototype is finally going to make the jump to the Vita from the PlayStation 3.

The game runs on a custom-built engine, which means that it's going to be optimized, to the best of the devs ability, for the Vita. That means 60FPS and no load times. The Vita port will include the original games content; 10 stages, a score based difficulty system, three different ships to choose from (with over 10 weapons), challenge mode, online high score ranking, replays and so much more.

Söldner-X 2 is a cross buy title, if you have it on the PS3 it will be yours on the Vita for free (vice versa).

Here's the game's discription from the PlayStation Store:

Twenty years after the Virus Wars, you return to Gota IV as part of the newly formed Soldner-X defense force. Your target: to free the galaxy from the D'aarg, a technologically superior race that is threatening mankind. Staged across seven unique action-loaded levels, Soldner-X 2: Final Prototype delivers a must-have shoot 'em up experience, blending classical gameplay with astonishing audio-visuals.
