Someone built a BASIC interpreter in Minecraft

Back in 2014, we saw someone build a fully functional 1KB Hard Drive in Minecraft. Two years later, and the bar has been raised to an even higher level… Someone managed to build something that interprets BASIC programming language.

BASIC is a form of programming language that has been around since the 1980s and can be found in boththe Commodore 64 or Amstrad CPC464.

Creator SethBling, acknowledges that while the interpreter functions, it's not that fast or that handy, but that fact that it exists is something in and of itself. The interpreter was made in vanilla Minecraft with hundreds of command blocks.
