Even if Half-Life 3 never happens, someone has taken one of the iconic (yet annoying) city scanner drones from Half-Life 2 and made it real. While the real-life scanner doesn't make the sounds that the ones do in-game, video magic made it happen.
The remote controlled city scanner was made by YouTuber Valplushka, using something like a uadrocopters classical scheme and a number of carbon parts. The drone itself movies so well that it's uncannily familiar to the city scanners found in the game.
Who knows maybe this is leaked footage of Half-Life 3 (*cries*).
