Sonic 4: Episode II dashes onto Xperia Play and non-Tegra Android devices

Sonic the Hedgehog 4: Episode II is now available for Xperia Play and non-Tegra Android devices in addition to PSN, XBLA, PC and Steam, and iOS.

Xperia Play owners will be happy to know that the game is fully optimized for the slide-out controller.

The release features three stages (and an extra one if you own Episode I on Android) and supports co-op multiplayer over Bluetooth.

Episode II costs $6.99 on Google Play and in the App Store, 1200 Microsoft Points on XBLA, and $14.99 on PSN and PC.
