Sonic Boom: Shattered Crystal got a new trailer

Sonic is hitting the Wii U and the 3DS this year in the new Sonic Boom universe — but it's definitely not the same game hitting both consoles.

Today we are focusing on the 3DS' Sonic Boom game, Shattered Crystal. Sonic and the gang (Tails Knuckles, Amy and Sticks – the new gal) come together to fight the giant snake-like creature called Lyric. The game will let you control Sticks, in her search for her best friend Amy, after Amy gets kidnapped by Lyric.

Sonic Boom: Shattered Crystal will use the 3DS to showcase platforming and puzzles. Also, any unique collectibles that are featured in the Nintendo 3DS version will unlock special content on Wii U via Wi-Fi connectivity.

Shattered Crystal is set to release on November 11th.
