Those that purchased the recently released PlayStation 4 exclusive, Until Dawn, digitally have been faced with the the 128 Days error (that has an apparent work around), but a more widespread issue has surfaced; the inability to archive Until Dawn Twitch streams.
Players using the built-in Twitch App on the PS4 have been able to stream the game, but haven't been able to save their stream. This is not an issue with the game itself or the PlayStation Network, but a purposefully placed block on the game.
Twitch has clarified the issue via Twitter, saying the following:
Now, Sony isn't actively taking down archived streams that were made using a third party item — only the ones that were broadcasted through their Twitch Application on the PS4. Until Dawn is a horror game, jump scares and story plots could be spoiled through streams. Disabling archiving might be an attempt to keep spoilers from being released so close to the games launch.
Either way, they should have let gamers know ahead of time — just to keep everything clear.
