Sony hasn’t abandoned The Last Guardian just yet

Soooo, what's the deal with The Last Guardian? Announced back in 2009, the game from Sony and Team Ico has been in limbo status, with no on really knowing what the current status is. According to SCE Worldwide Studios president Shuhei Yoshida, the game is still in development.

"Yeah we are still making it," Yoshida told CVG. "So we are still waiting for the right time to announce."

"To re-announce it," he clarified. "So, we have decided not to discuss this yet."

The last we heard of The Last Guardian was from SCEA boss Jack Tretton who said it was on hiatus; however, shortly afterward we heard from PlayStation software development head Scott Rohde who claimed it will ship "when ready."
