Sony invites you to the ‘PS4 All Access: Greatness Awaits’ launch event

On November 15th, we'll take our first steps into the next-generation of gaming as Sony launches the PlayStation 4. To celebrate the occasion, Sony and Spike TV will be hosting a "PS4 All Access: Greatness Awaits" launch event.

Though the event will be live in New York City on November 14th, you'll be able to tune at 11:00pm Eastern Time/Pacific Time on regular cable providers; and 11pm Eastern Time/8pm Pacific Time on DirecTV and streaming.

Exactly what will be shown is still a mystery at this point, but Sony promises "exclusive world premieres and announcements about the PS4 games that will define 2014 and beyond."

Hopefully one such surprise will be the next game Naughty Dog is working on. Earlier this week, the studio behind Uncharted and The Last of Us released a slew of teasers hinting at their next title, which we believe may take place in space. Nothing has been confirmed, but Geoff Keighley did post a teaser of an alien alongside messaging about the PS4 All Access event. We'll seeā€¦
