Sony teams with Coke Zero to bring iOS and Android users PlayStation All-Stars Island

Sony's beloved franchises are coming to mobile devices (iOS and Android, not the Vita) thanks to a promotion with Coca-Cola Zero. The new PlayStation All-Stars Island features a series of mini-games and challenges based on the themes of Sony's popular first-party titles: Uncharted, Gravity Rush, LittleBigPlanet, and Infamous.

For instance, Uncharted: Drake's Pursuit, the island based off of Naughty Dog's Uncharted series, has you "run at breakneck speed through a tangled jungle of fallen trees as legendary treasure hunter Nathan Drake." You'll slide, jump, and dive over cliffs to escape ruthless pursuers and collect Coke Zero Drops that will unleash PlayStation heroes and bonus challenges in your game.

The four main playable characters are Sackboy, Nathan Drake, Cole MacGrath, and Kat, but four bonus characters (Jak & Daxter and Ratchet & Clank) will also appear in the Coke Zero Moves, special moves within the game that "make the impossible possible."

As of right now it seems that only Uncharted: Drake's Pursuit is available in-game, but Sony and Coke Zero do plan on releasing the other three islands — LittleBigPlanet: Epic Race, Infamous: Survival, Gravity Rush: Infinite Skies — "soon." PlayStation All-Stars Island will be available for free across iOS and Android devices "starting this summer," though it appears to have already been released in Europe. We'll be sure to let you know when it arrives in America.
