In celebration of the release of PlayStation Plus on the PS Vita, Sony has announced a new bundle. The PS Plus Instant Game Collection PS Vita Bundle packs a Vita 3G Wi-Fi system, 1-year PS Plus membership, a Unit 13 game voucher, and a 4 GB Memory Card for $299.99, a combined savings of over $99.
PlayStation Plus arrived on Sony's handheld Vita system last week, bringing with it unlimited access to the PS Plus Instant Game Collection, a constantly refreshing list of games that you can play on the Vita and PS3. As of right now, the Instant Game Collection features six PS Vita titles: Uncharted: Golden Abyss, Jet Set Radio HD, WipEout 2048,Gravity Rush and Tales From Space: Mutant Blobs Attack!, as well as the PSP game Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of the Lions.
If you own a PS3, you'll also automatically unlock 12 PS3 titles to enjoy on your living room console for no additional cost.
What if you're already a PS Plus member? Don't sweat it; you can still take advantage of this bundle since the included 1-year membership can be added on to your current subscription.
With all that being said, I still think the Vita needs a price cut.
