It looks like we have to wait another month for Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 to hit the Xbox One via backward compatibility.
Xbox Head Phil Spencer himself has previously promised that the month of January would be "pretty good" and for the most part, it has been good. In January we saw Battlefield 3, Battlefield: Bad Company 2, Dragon Age: Origins, Tekken 6 and more hit the Xbox One's backward compatibility library.
While it was a good month, one of the most requested games, Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, has yet to make its backward compatibility debut.
Spencer has already made it clear that he "really" wants to see Black Ops 2 hit the Xbox One, he has confirmed that February will not be the month for it. In reply to a Twitter account pushing for Black Ops 2 to hit the Xbox One, Spencer replied:
While we wait for Black Ops 2 to hit the Xbox One, what other Xbox 360 games do you want to see hit the backward compatibility library.
