Soul Calibur headed to iOS devices

Namco-Bandai announced today that it will be releasing a port of the popular arcade and dreamcast fighting game, Soul Calibur, on January 19 for iOS devices.

The new re-release will have all the original 19 fighters along with a sleuth of other modes including survival, time attack, extra survival, practice, museum and arcade battle.

Soul Calibur will be available on all Apple devices running iOS version 4.3 or higher, which includes iPad 2, iPhone 4S/4 and the iPod Touch (4th generation). However, even if you don't have an iPhone or some type of Apple device, you can still calm your Soul Calibur hunger pangs with Soul Calibur V, which releases on the PS3 and Xbox 360 on January 31.
