After South Park: The Fractured but Whole was delayed out of its March release, after it was delayed out of its December release, it appears the wait may be longer than we expected. A number of PSN users are reporting their pre-order has been refunded in full.
The post originated on Reddit, with users saying they did not even receive an E-mail notifiying them of the refund. Don't get too worried though, as this is normal procedure for PSN when release dates change to TBD date. All preorders do come with the first game free, The Stick of Truth, but it's unfortunately locked and inaccessibe for now.
Matt Stone and Trey Parker are very into their games. If you remember, The Stick of Truth saw some delays as the two wanted to constantly make sure the game was up to snuff. I wouldn't be too worried about it, as the game is still set to release just with an unknown date. This is more of a procedural undertaking by PSN than one by Ubisoft in response to the game's release date, so full exhale.
Pre-orders on Xbox One are still good to go and have not been refunded yet. When it does release, South Park: The Fractured but Whole will do so on Xbox One, PS4 and PC
